We are, however, happy to assist with a size exchange, ensuring you receive the best possible fit. Your support allows us to continue crafting pieces with heart, intention, and heritage.

Each Nuce Loom piece is crafted exclusively for you. As all our garments are made on pre-order within our in-house production studio, please allow 10–14 days to prepare, finish, and dispatch your order.
Since every piece is created individually and tailored during production, we do not accept cancellations once the order is placed. Your patience allows our artisans the time and respect they deserve to create something truly special - a garment made with intention, not mass production.
